  • Het laden van de smeltoven nauwkeurig op basis van het voorziene tonnage, het nemen van monsters en het analyseren van de metallurgische samenstelling. De eindlegering wordt gecorrigeerd door het strategisch mengen van verschillende soorten schroot.
  • Het bedienen van de gietoven om hoogwaardige walsblokken te gieten volgens de strikte, vooraf gedefinieerde gietparameters en het bewaken van de chemische samenstelling van de smelt.
  • Het vakkundig afwerken van de gegoten aluminiumproducten uit de gietmallen na het gietproces.
  • De strikte naleving van de specifieke veiligheidsvoorschriften voor het werken met gesmolten metaal te allen tijde.
  • Het uitvoeren van voorbereidende werken en het onberispelijk schoonhouden van de werkpost volgens de 5S-methodiek.
  • Het correct en veilig gebruiken van het rollend materieel voor het interne transport en de ovenbevoorrading.
  • Een proactieve, taakgerichte instelling met een strikte opvolging van complexe veiligheidsprocedures en procesinstructies.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Een bewuste keuze voor het volcontinu 5-ploegenstelsel (inclusief weekends en feestdagen) met een vast rotatiesysteem.
