Met een sterke focus op innovatie en technische expertise worden complexe systemen en gespecialiseerde apparatuur ontworpen en vervaardigd.Binnen de productieomgeving staat een kwalitatieve en efficiënte werking centraal. Hiervoor wordt sterk ingezet op moderne productietechnieken, gespecialiseerde machines en goed onderhouden gereedschappen. Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar verschillende technische disciplines nauw samenwerken en waar ruimte is voor initiatief, kennisdeling en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.Als Productietechnieker speel je een belangrijke rol in het optimaal functioneren van het machinepark en de productiehulpmiddelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines, gereedschappen en kalibers steeds in perfecte staat verkeren, voert technische aanpassingen uit en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen en automatiseringen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen kunnen jouw collega's rekenen op een vlot, veilig en kwalitatief productieproces.Ben jij een technisch talent dat graag sleutelt, storingen oplost en meedenkt over technische verbeteringen?Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aanmaken, aanpassen en optimaliseren van mechanische kalibers, gereedschappen en tooling
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische herstellingen en aanpassen van diverse mechanische onderdelen
  • Realiseren van kleine automatiseringsprojecten in samenwerking met de technische en productie-engineeringafdeling
  • Uitvoeren van procescontroles en nauwkeurige metingen op onder andere schroevendraaiers, soldeerbouten en flowbanken
  • Instaan voor het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud van productiemachines, technische hulpmiddelen en meetapparatuur, zowel in de productieomgeving als in de cleanroom
  • Beschikt over een technisch diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in (elektro)mechanica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Goede kennis van mechanische bewerkingen zoals draaien, frezen, boren en CNC, aangevuld met basiskennis van pneumatica en hydraulica
  • Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen en interpreteren, met daarnaast een basiskennis elektriciteit en pc-toepassingen zoals Outlook en Excel
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en zelfstandig ingesteld, met een goede teamgeest en een gezonde interesse in techniek; schoolverlaters zijn zeker welkom
  • Sterke kennis van het Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
