  • Integratie van diverse gebouwtechnieken binnen slimme gebouwbeheersystemen, met een sterke focus op HVAC-installaties en hun optimale werking
  • Begeleiding van projecten van engineering en programmatie tot en met oplevering
  • Opvolging van materiaalkeuzes, aankopen en planningen, gecombineerd met een scherpe bewaking van budgetten en bestelprocessen
  • Coördinatie op werf en ondersteuning bij uitvoering waar nodig
  • Adviesverlening aan klanten en uitwerken van efficiënte, op maat gemaakte oplossingen
  • Ervaring binnen meet- en regeltechniek of projectcoördinatie, met kennis van gebouwautomatisering en HVAC
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, aangevuld met basiskennis Frans en Engels
  • Technisch sterk onderlegd met het vermogen om installaties functioneel te analyseren
