  • Technische ondersteuning van de zaakvoerder bij de organisatie van projecten en planning
  • Mee opvolgen van dossiers van atelier tot plaatsing, zodat kwaliteit en timing bewaakt blijven
  • Inbreng in de verdere structuur en groei van het bedrijf
  • Aanspreekpunt voor het team op technisch vlak en ondersteuning waar nodig
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in werking, processen en organisatie
  • Een rol die geleidelijk kan uitgroeien tot operationele spil van het bedrijf
  • Ervaring in aluminium schrijnwerk of buitenschrijnwerk is een sterke troef
  • Technisch sterk en vertrouwd met projecten in het hogere segment
  • Interesse om op termijn mee structuur te brengen in een groeiende onderneming
