Van het eerste ontwerp en de productie in het atelier tot de plaatsing bij de klant: elk project wordt met de nodige zorg, precisie en passie aangepakt.De projecten zijn bijzonder gevarieerd. Van stijlvolle keukens en maatkasten tot dressings en volledige kantoorinrichtingen: telkens staat een kwalitatieve en verzorgde afwerking centraal. Je werkt mee aan unieke realisaties waarbij geen enkel project exact hetzelfde is.Je komt terecht in een jong en hecht team van vakmensen waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en waar vakmanschap nog écht wordt gewaardeerd. De combinatie van verschillende projecten, klanten en interieurs zorgt ervoor dat je job afwisselend blijft en je elke dag opnieuw iets tastbaars realiseert.Jouw rolAls Schrijnwerker ga je samen met je collega's op pad naar klanten om hoogwaardige maatwerkinterieurs te plaatsen en af te werken. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel perfect wordt gemonteerd en hebt oog voor de kleinste details. Loopt de realiteit op de werf anders dan voorzien? Dan blijf je niet bij de pakken zitten: je denkt praktisch mee, zoekt een oplossing en zorgt ervoor dat het eindresultaat klopt.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met collega's maatwerkinterieurs plaatsen en monteren bij klanten
  • Keukens, dressings, maatkasten en kantoorinrichtingen vakkundig installeren
  • Onderdelen nauwkeurig afwerken en zorgen dat alles perfect aansluit
  • Ter plaatse kleine aanpassingen uitvoeren wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
  • Het eindresultaat kritisch controleren en eventuele onvolkomenheden zelf aanpakken
  • Technische uitdagingen op de werf zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht benaderen
  • Klanten op een professionele manier te woord staan en bijdragen aan een positieve ervaring
  • Samenwerken met collega's om iedere plaatsing efficiënt en kwalitatief af te ronden
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op een eerste relevante ervaring als schrijnwerker of meubelplaatser
  • Je bent gedreven, enthousiast en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Je bent flexibel, denkt in oplossingen en springt graag bij waar nodig
