Dan is deze functie als service advisor absoluut iets voor jou!Voor een sterke speler binnen de automobielsector zoeken we een ervaren service advisor ter versterking van het team in regio Gent. Door de groei van de organisatie wordt ingezet op het uitbreiden van de service-afdeling, waarbij klantgerichtheid en kwaliteit centraal staan.Je komt terecht in een moderne garageomgeving waar service, professionaliteit en teamwork hand in hand gaan. Als service advisor ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat elk onderhoud of elke herstelling vlot wordt opgevolgd van intake tot oplevering.Binnen dit bedrijf krijg je de kans om mee te groeien in een stabiele organisatie die blijft investeren in mensen, infrastructuur en opleiding. Met de geplande verhuis naar een state-of-the-art gebouw wordt ook de werkomgeving naar een hoger niveau getild.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als service advisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die hun wagen binnenbrengen voor onderhoud of herstelling
  • Daarnaast plan je afspraken voor de werkplaats en zorg je voor een efficiënte organisatie van vervangwagens
  • Verder verzorg je de volledige administratie, waaronder het aanmaken van klantendossiers, werkfiches en facturatie
  • Ook bespreek je de uitgevoerde werken en facturen met de klant, waarbij je duidelijke en correcte uitleg geeft
  • Tot slot volg je garantiedossiers op en zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie tussen klant en werkplaats
  • Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding of kan terugkijken op ervaring binnen de automotive sector of een gelijkaardige servicefunctie
  • Daarnaast heb je een sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden, waardoor je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt
  • Verder combineer je klantgerichtheid met een oplossingsgerichte mindset en weet je prioriteiten correct te stellen
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands omwille van klantencontact en veiligheid, waarbij kennis van Frans en Engels een mooie troef vormt
