Ben jij een allround technieker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en energie krijgt van technische uitdagingen? Werk je graag zelfstandig bij klanten, maar vind je het ook interessant om in het atelier mee te bouwen aan nieuwe machines? Dan is deze functie als Service Technieker zeker het ontdekken waard.In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je elektrische en mechanische techniek met een sterke dosis afwisseling. Het grootste deel van de tijd werk je op verplaatsing bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland, waar je machines installeert, opstart, onderhoudt en technische storingen oplost. De overige tijd werk je mee in het atelier aan de assemblage en het testen van nieuwe machines.Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar machinebouw, automatisatie en maatwerk centraal staan. Dankzij de internationale projecten en het gevarieerde takenpakket is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Installeren, opbouwen en inbedrijfstellen van machines en technische installaties bij klanten
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en zelfstandig oplossen van technische storingen
  • Analyseren van elektrische, mechanische, hydraulische en pneumatische problemen
  • Uitvoeren van kleine mechanische aanpassingen en herstellingen
  • Meewerken aan basis PLC-sturingen en kleine optimalisaties aan installaties
  • Uitvoeren van technische interventies bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland
  • Meewerken aan de assemblage, bekabeling en het testen van nieuwe machines in het atelier
  • Technisch advies geven aan klanten en zorgen voor een correcte werking van de installaties
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en praktische oplossingen bij technische uitdagingen
  • Je beschikt over een hogere technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica of Automatisatie, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen machinebouw, onderhoud of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving
  • Je bent technisch veelzijdig en kunt zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen
  • Je kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen bij klanten en werkt tegelijk graag samen met collega's
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van Frans en Engels
