Ben jij technisch sterk en wil je graag aan de slag in een hightech omgeving waar elektriciteit, industriële installaties en storingsoplossingen samenkomen?Voor een groeiende topspeler actief in de op- en overslag van vloeibare en droge goederen in de haven van Gent zoeken we een storingstechnieker met focus op elektrische installaties. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamische technische dienst binnen de afdeling die zich toelegt op duurzame energieprocessen. De onderneming bestaat uit meerdere entiteiten onder één overkoepelende structuur. Door hun vlakke organisatiestructuur en jong team heerst er een directe en toegankelijke werksfeer.Er wordt gewerkt in moderne gebouwen met goed uitgeruste kantoren op elke site, volledig afgestemd op de noden van het technisch personeel. Alle medewerkers hebben een bediendestatuut en werken nauw samen met externe havenarbeiders.Je komt terecht in een stabiele en toekomstgerichte omgeving waar zowel ervaren vakmensen als juniors zich snel thuis voelen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij duikt recht in de actie wanneer er zich een elektrische storing voordoet en zorgt dat alles weer draait zoals het hoort
  • Bij een hardnekkige panne laat jij het niet bij een snelle oplossing maar ga je tot op het bot met een grondige analyse
  • Preventief onderhoud? Da’s voor jou dagelijkse kost, jij voorkomt liever dan je geneest
  • Je inspecteert elektrische componenten, motoren en kabels alsof het je tweede natuur is
  • PLC-storingen? Jij leest die foutcodes alsof het WhatsApp-berichten zijn en weet precies wat je moet doen
  • Een schroefje los? Dankzij jouw basiskennis mechanica werk je vlot samen met je collega’s van het mechanisch team
  • Je houdt je administratie op orde en rapporteert helder wat je gedaan hebt en waarom
  • Afwisseling gegarandeerd: af en toe spring je bij op een andere site zoals de droge bulk of transportafdeling, afhankelijk van de planning
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je hoger diploma in een elektrisch-technische richting
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring als elektricien of storingstechnieker in een industriële omgeving is een must
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis mechanica en PLC’s om storingen correct te kunnen interpreteren
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheid & communicatie
