Dankzij een ultramodern en sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark worden productieprocessen voortdurend geoptimaliseerd en wordt geïnvesteerd in technologie die zowel efficiëntie als productkwaliteit ten goede komt.Ook de technische dienst speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Techniekers krijgen er de ruimte om actief mee te denken over onderhoudsstrategieën, verbeteringen en het voorkomen van productiestilstanden. Je komt terecht in een open en transparante werkomgeving waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en waar opleiding en kennisdeling belangrijk zijn.Als Storingstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het moderne machinepark betrouwbaar en optimaal blijft functioneren. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met een proactieve aanpak: problemen detecteren voor ze tot stilstand leiden, technische gegevens analyseren en samen met collega's zoeken naar structurele verbeteringen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren, waaronder inspecties, smeringen, afstellingen en vervangingen
  • Technische afwijkingen en potentiële problemen tijdig detecteren en rapporteren
  • Machines en installaties controleren om onverwachte productiestilstanden zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen
  • Onderhoudsgegevens analyseren en gebruikmaken van SCADA en trending om de technische werking op te volgen
  • Meewerken aan het optimaliseren en verbeteren van het onderhoudsplan
  • Samenwerken met collega's uit techniek en productie om technische problemen efficiënt aan te pakken
  • Externe techniekers begeleiden tijdens interventies op de site
  • Nieuwe collega's en stagiairs ondersteunen tijdens hun inwerkperiode
  • Verbeteringsmogelijkheden signaleren en actief bijdragen aan een betrouwbaarder machinepark
  • Strikt toezien op de geldende procedures rond veiligheid, hygiëne, milieu en orde
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een technische opleiding in elektromechanica
  • Een aantal jaren ervaring als technieker binnen een industriële productieomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Je bent vertrouwd met onderhoud en hebt interesse in systemen zoals SCADA en trending
  • Je bent analytisch, hands-on en denkt graag proactief mee over technische verbeteringen
