Wat houdt de job in?

  • Analyseren en oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen en defecten binnen het volautomatische hoogbouwmagazijn om de installatie zo snel mogelijk operationeel te krijgen.
  • Uitvoeren van zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud aan de automatische kranen, transportsystemen en shuttles, met een sterke focus op mechanica en elektrotechniek.
  • Samenwerken met het technische team om terugkerende problemen grondig te analyseren en om te zetten in duurzame, structurele oplossingen.
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van de dagelijkse technische actielijst, waaronder het periodieke smeerplan en het grondig voorbereiden van geplande interventies.
  • Veilig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op hoogte wanneer er storingen optreden in de top van de hoogbouwconstructie.
  • Zorgdragen voor een heldere communicatie en technische rapportering over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan de Teamlead Hoogbouw.
  • Een degelijke elektromechanische achtergrond (Topsport / Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) met een sterke allround kennis van industriële automatisatie.
  • Goede theoretische en praktische kennis van PLC-systemen, AC/DC-motoren, sensoren, frequentieregelaars en industriële netwerk-/bussystemen.
  • Vaardigheid in het zelfstandig lezen van technische plannen en het accuraat interpreteren van complexe elektrische schema's.
