  • Opsporen en oplossen van acute storingen op zowel elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch als hydraulisch vlak om de productielijnen snel weer operationeel te krijgen.
  • Analyseren van complexe technische problemen en het implementeren van duurzame, structurele oplossingen om herhaling te voorkomen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan het hoogwaardige en sterk geautomatiseerde machinepark om de machinebeschikbaarheid te maximaliseren.
  • Beheren van de dagelijkse actielijst, waaronder het opvolgen van het smeerplan, visuele machinecontroles en het nauwkeurig voorbereiden van geplande technische interventies.
  • Loggen en rapporteren van pannes in het werkordersysteem, inclusief een heldere communicatie naar de machine-operatoren en de technische verantwoordelijke.
  • Stellen van de juiste prioriteiten bij gelijktijdige technische incidenten en het accuraat bijhouden van de documentatie in de technische bibliotheek.
  • Een gedegen elektromechanische achtergrond of gelijkwaardig door een eerste succesvolle ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Goede theoretische en praktische kennis van PLC-systemen, AC/DC-motoren, sensoren, frequentieregelaars, netwerk-/bussystemen en basiscomponenten (diodes/condensatoren).
  • Sterke vaardigheid in het zelfstandig lezen van plannen en het interpreteren van elektrische schema's.
