Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in de regio Roeselare zoeken we momenteel een ervaren en gedreven Site Supervisor.Deze Europese marktleider staat bekend om zijn focus op energiezuinige en milieuvriendelijke installaties. Elk project wordt van A tot Z opgevolgd: van het eerste ontwerp tot de volledige uitvoering én het daaropvolgende onderhoud. Die totaalbenadering zorgt ervoor dat er in elke fase specifieke expertise nodig is en dat gaat veel verder dan enkel elektriciteit: verschillende domeinen komen samen in één geïntegreerde aanpak.Met een indrukwekkende aanwezigheid van meer dan 10 vestigingen en een personeelsbestand van ongeveer 50.000 medewerkers, draait dit bedrijf op volle toeren. Jaarlijks realiseren ze zo’n 8 miljard euro omzet. Om dit groeiverhaal verder kracht bij te zetten, kijken ze nu uit naar een gedreven Site Supervisor.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturende rol over jouw team bestaande uit lassers & pijpfitters
  • Je zal het aanspreekpunt zijn van de klanten
  • Interne communicatie in verband met de planning en opleidingen die ingepland worden
  • Je zal een leidinggevende functie hebben over de techniekers & onderaannemers
  • Je hebt een achtergrond in mechanica door ervaring of een relevante opleiding
  • Je hebt een technische kennis over piping/lassen (TIG lassen, constructielassen)
  • Je hebt ervaring in de leidinggevende skills, om technische oplossingen te bieden bij problemen
