  • Dagelijks aansturen van de activiteiten op de laadkaai en zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling binnen de verschillende ploegen.
  • Opstarten en opvolgen van verzendingen, waarbij het laad- en losproces nauwgezet wordt bewaakt.
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en snel schakelen wanneer operationele uitdagingen of stilstanden zich voordoen.
  • Toezien op de correcte naleving van werkinstructies, kwaliteitsnormen en logistieke procedures.
  • Medewerkers coachen, begeleiden en ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Constructieve feedback geven en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.
  • Actief samenwerken met technische dienst, supply chain, expeditie en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Risico's detecteren, verbeterpunten formuleren en meewerken aan optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Bij complexe situaties zelf operationeel mee ondersteunen om de continuïteit van de werking te garanderen.
  • Rapporteren aan de Warehouse & Distribution Coördinator.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een logistieke omgeving en een goed inzicht in distributie- en magazijnprocessen.
  • Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een hands-on en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, aangevuld met een basis Frans en Engels, en vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en WCS.
