Combineer je technisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en haal je voldoening uit het motiveren en aansturen van medewerkers?Voor een gespecialiseerde producent van bouwelementen gaan we op zoek naar een Teamleader die de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling wandpanelen in goede banen leidt. Deze onderneming is actief binnen de bouwsector en staat in voor de productie van kwalitatieve elementen die in uiteenlopende bouwprojecten worden toegepast. Binnen de productieomgeving wordt sterk ingezet op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en een veilige manier van werken.Als teamleader kom je terecht in een dynamische organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn en waar initiatief en betrokkenheid gewaardeerd worden. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over een team van een vijftiental medewerkers en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer en het operationele management. Daarbij ligt de nadruk niet op louter aansturen vanuit een bureau, maar op zichtbaar aanwezig zijn, meedenken en samen met het team resultaten behalen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van ongeveer 15 productiemedewerkers binnen de afdeling wandpanelen
  • Organiseren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in overleg met de operationeel manager
  • Opvolgen van productieactiviteiten zoals bekisten, betonstorten en het reinigen van bekistingstafels
  • Bewaken van de vooropgestelde planning, productiekwaliteit en het rendement van de afdeling
  • Coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen van medewerkers op de werkvloer
  • Toezien op een veilige en correcte uitvoering van alle productieactiviteiten
  • Rapporteren aan de operationeel manager en actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen de afdeling
  • Technische of bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in prefab beton, bekisting of betonverwerking
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om een team te motiveren en aan te sturen
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
