Onze klant is een gevestigde en groeiende speler binnen de metaalverwerking in de regio Deerlijk. De onderneming ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige technische componenten voor de automobielsector en zet sterk in op innovatie, automatisatie en kwaliteit. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving met geavanceerde lasinstallaties en lasrobots.Om het productieteam te versterken, zoekt onze klant een Teamleader Lasserij & Productie. Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over de afdeling MAG- en robotlassen, stuurt de medewerkers aan en bewaakt de productieplanning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.Daarnaast krijg je ruimte voor eigen initiatief en procesverbetering. Je denkt actief mee over een efficiëntere productie en draagt samen met je team bij aan een kwalitatief eindproduct.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen van de lasserij: dagelijkse leiding over de afdeling MAG- en robotlassen, met oog voor een vlotte samenwerking en duidelijke taakverdeling
  • Bewaken van de productieplanning: opvolgen van de productievoortgang en tijdig signaleren van knelpunten die de planning in gevaar brengen
  • Oplossingsgericht handelen: productie- en planningsproblemen analyseren en concrete verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren
  • Optimaliseren van processen: continu zoeken naar efficiëntiewinsten, een hogere productiviteit en kortere productietijden
  • Instaan voor kwaliteit en veiligheid: operators begeleiden bij het naleven van de richtlijnen, de netheid op de werkvloer bewaken en technische tekeningen en productiefiches controleren
  • Technische achtergrond: opleiding metaal of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met een goede kennis van halfautomatisch lassen en programmering
  • Talenkennis: vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Juiste werkattitude: zelfstandig, flexibel en nauwkeurig, met oog voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie, stiptheid en orde
