We spreken over een marktleider in de industrie die nog steeds volop inzet inzake uitbreiding van zijn activiteiten.   • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 20 technische medewerkers.
  • Je handelt proactief inzake het behalen van doelstellingen en het nauwkeurig uitvoeren van werkschema's.
  • Je controleert de urenregistratie en verlofaanvragen in Protime en zorgt op elk tijdstip voor voldoende personeel.
  • Je rapporteert aan de operationeel manager en het executive team met de focus op procesverbeteringen.
  • Dagelijks ben je actief tijdens de productie- en bestuursvergaderingen inzake innovatie en strategie.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke basis inzake elektromechanica
  • Het Microsoft Office-pakket SAP is jou niet onbekend en je hebt eveneens een basiskennis inzake SolidWorks
  • Je hebt leiderschapskwaliteiten om een team te managen en inspireren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen
