In zowel West- als Oost-Vlaanderen is deze speler gespecialiseerd in HVAC, met een focus op residentiële projecten. Het bedrijf kenmerkt zich door een familiaire sfeer en een vlakke organisatiestructuur met ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Naast het streven naar hoogwaardige dienstverlening voor klanten, hecht het bedrijf ook veel belang aan kwaliteitsmaterialen en opleidingsmogelijkheden voor het personeel.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor diverse administratieve taken en ondersteunt de operationele dienst met jouw organisatietalent en nauwkeurigheid
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat RSZ- en Checkin@work-aangiftes tijdig en correct gebeuren en beheert de klantportalen
  • Je stelt raamcontracten voor onderaannemers op en volgt deze nauwkeurig op
  • Je maakt maandelijkse stocklijsten en lijsten met openstaande orders, signaleert afwijkingen en helpt mee met het vinden van oplossingen
  • Je houdt aankoopprijzen en posten up-to-date, verwerkt vorderingsstaten en voegt deze samen, terwijl je collega's ondersteunt bij allerhande administratieve taken
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels omwille van communicatie met de klanten & leveranciers
  • Excel heb je meer dan onder de knie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent probleemoplossend en hebt altijd oog voor detail
