Voor een internationale speler in de voedingssector zoeken we een gemotiveerde lijnoperator die mee wil draaien in een geavanceerde productieomgeving. Als technisch operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten verlopen van jouw productielijn. Je stuurt bij waar nodig, bewaakt de kwaliteit en denkt actief mee in het verbeteren van processen. Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een gewaardeerde kracht. Medewerkers worden betrokken bij het beleid, hun mening telt écht — en dat voel je op de werkvloer. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Ontwikkel expertise in het bedienen en opvolgen van diverse installaties binnen een specifieke productiezones
  • Stem machines perfect op elkaar af, stel ze correct in en bewaak het volledige proces tijdens de productie
  • Voer kwaliteitscontroles uit, grijp in bij afwijkingen en los technische problemen zelfstandig op
  • Zorg voor een ordelijke, hygiënische werkomgeving terwijl je de continuïteit van het productieproces garandeert
  • Dankzij je opleiding of ervaring beschik je over het inzicht om installaties autonoom op te volgen en bij te sturen
  • Met jouw technische feeling zorg je ervoor dat machines vlot draaien en optimaal blijven presteren
  • Door jouw focus op kwaliteit en rendement lever je telkens het beste resultaat af
