Combineer je graag tekenwerk met praktisch inzicht en de nodige verantwoordelijkheid om een project helemaal productieklaar te maken?Voor een ambitieuze West-Vlaamse familieonderneming zijn we op zoek naar een technisch tekenaar die graag verder kijkt dan het scherm. Deze onderneming, met een 60 à 70-tal medewerkers, is gespecialiseerd in het realiseren van houten constructies en woonuitbreidingen op maat. Denk hierbij aan stijlvolle tuinconstructies.Wat deze onderneming bijzonder maakt, is de aanpak van ieder project. Geen standaardoplossingen of seriewerk, maar unieke realisaties die volledig in eigen beheer worden uitgewerkt en opgevolgd. Als technisch tekenaar speel je hierin een cruciale rol. Je vertaalt de verkochte projecten naar concrete technische oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat zowel het atelier als de plaatsingsploegen met de juiste informatie aan de slag kunnen. Naast het tekenwerk neem je ook beslissingen rond constructies, materialen en bestellingen. Je krijgt daarbij heel wat zelfstandigheid binnen een vlakke organisatie waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en de handen graag uit de mouwen worden gestoken.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitwerken van technische uitvoeringsplannen in AutoCAD, afgestemd op de specifieke noden van ieder project
  • Bepalen van constructieve oplossingen, waaronder liggersecties, overspanningen en aansluitingen op bestaande gebouwen
  • Verwerken van technische wijzigingen en ontbrekende informatie zodat ieder dossier volledig en duidelijk is
  • Opstellen van materiaallijsten en vertalen van de plannen naar concrete productiefiches voor het atelier
  • Plaatsen van leveranciersbestellingen en bewaken van de afgesproken levertermijnen
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor het atelier en de projectleiders en meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes
  • Bachelor Bouw, Houttechnologie of Architectuurassistent, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Vlotte kennis van AutoCAD en een sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht
  • Nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
