Ben jij technisch sterk en weet je een ontwerp ook praktisch naar productie te vertalen? Zoek je een functie waarin tekenen, technisch inzicht en werkvoorbereiding hand in hand gaan?Voor een familiale onderneming, gespecialiseerd in houten tuinconstructies en woonuitbreidingen op maat, gaan we op zoek naar een technisch tekenaar. Met een team van ongeveer 60 à 70 medewerkers realiseert deze West-Vlaamse KMO uiteenlopende projecten binnen stijlvolle woonuitbreidingen. Als tweede generatie familiebedrijf heeft de onderneming haar activiteiten doorheen de jaren sterk uitgebreid en ligt de focus vandaag op houtskeletbouw in de ruime zin van het woord.Elk project wordt volledig op maat uitgewerkt en intern begeleid, van het eerste ontwerp tot de uiteindelijke plaatsing. Dat maakt iedere realisatie uniek en vraagt om een sterke technische voorbereiding. Binnen het technisch bureau krijg je een belangrijke rol in dit proces. Je bent namelijk veel meer dan iemand die plannen tekent: je denkt constructief mee, bepaalt technische oplossingen, stelt materiaallijsten op en zorgt ervoor dat het atelier met een volledig en correct dossier aan de slag kan. Je komt terecht in een ondernemende omgeving met een echte doenersmentaliteit, een vlakke structuur en veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid en initiatief.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitwerken van technische plannen in AutoCAD
  • Bepalen en uittekenen van technische aansluitingsdetails
  • Aanvullen van projectplannen met technische informatie en wijzigingen die na verkoop werden besproken
  • Opstellen van volledige stuklijsten en vertalen van technische plannen naar de benodigde materialen voor het atelier
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen bij leveranciers, inclusief bewaking van orderbevestigingen en levertermijnen
  • Vrijgeven van productiedossiers zodra alle technische gegevens, bestellingen en leverdata volledig gekend zijn
  • Bacheloropleiding Bouw, Houttechnologie of Architectuurassistent, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Vlotte kennis van AutoCAD en een goed technisch inzicht in constructies en aansluitingsdetails
  • Nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en organisatorisch sterke werkhouding met een praktische ingesteldheid
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
