Zie je een machine stap voor stap onder jouw handen tot stand komen?Een gespecialiseerde machinebouwer voor de voedingsindustrie ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt machines en roestvrijstalen installaties waarmee voedingsproducenten over de hele wereld efficiënt en veilig kunnen produceren. Automatisatie, mechanica en PLC-sturingen komen er samen onder één dak.De klanten verwachten betrouwbaarheid. Daarom vormen de technici een cruciale schakel binnen het bedrijf: zij bouwen de installaties op, stellen ze in werking en zorgen ervoor dat ze jarenlang optimaal blijven functioneren. Dat vraagt om vakmanschap, flexibiliteit en een goede samenwerking tussen het atelier en het terrein.Het bedrijf is stabiel en groeiend, met een informele werksfeer en korte communicatielijnen. Er is ruimte voor eigen inbreng en medewerkers die zich verder willen ontwikkelen, krijgen daar alle kansen toe.Wat houdt de job in?

  • TIG-lassen van inox platen: hoogwaardig laswerk uitvoeren op inox platen met diktes van 1,5 tot 10 mm
  • TIG-lassen van inox buizen: buizen van ½" tot 5" lassen met oog voor kwaliteit en een nette afwerking
  • Lezen van technische plannen: aan de hand van werktekeningen en plannen de constructie- en laswerkzaamheden zelfstandig voorbereiden
  • Constructiewerk: onderdelen en assemblages bouwen, als gedreven vakman die het resultaat van begin tot einde mee vormgeeft
  • Laskwaliteit & afwerking: de kwaliteit van de lasnaden bewaken en zorgen voor een afwerking die past bij onze topkwaliteit
  • Een diploma lasser TIG, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante praktijkervaring
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met TIG-lassen van roestvrij staal (inox)
  • Een goede basiskennis van het lezen van technische plannen en constructietekeningen
  • Enthousiast, gemotiveerd en iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt
  • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar even goed in een hecht productieteam
