Word onderdeel van een familiaal en innovatief machinebouwbedrijf dat al tientallen jaren actief is in op maat gemaakte productie- en verpakkingslijnen voor de voedingsindustrie. Het bedrijf realiseert volledige sleutel-op-de-deur oplossingen, van ontwerp, constructie en premontage tot automatisatie, montage en opstart bij de klant.In de productieomgeving werk je met RVS-machines en proceslijnen voor diverse sectoren zoals verse groenten, fruit, pasta en rijst, inclusief verpakkings-, meng- en doseerlijnen. Het bedrijf telt een hecht team van zo’n 60 medewerkers, waarin kennisdeling, precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan.Je komt terecht in een moderne, veilige en gestructureerde werkplaats, waar hands-on werken, technische ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden worden gecombineerd met een collegiale sfeer.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Monteren, lassen en afstellen van RVS-machines en productie-installaties
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische en automatisatiewerkzaamheden, inclusief kleine technische aanpassingen
  • Lezen en toepassen van technische plannen, zowel 2D als 3D, voor constructie en productie
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om projecten op tijd en kwalitatief af te ronden
  • Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisaties en kwaliteitscontroles
  • Technische achtergrond: bijvoorbeeld Elektromechanica, lassen/constructie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met oog voor precisie en kwaliteit
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, belangrijk voor veiligheid en communicatie (Engels of Frans is een plus)
  • Planleesvaardigheden en bereidheid om te werken in een team met verplaatsingen voor montage op locatie
