Heb je jaren ervaring als TIG lasser en zoek je vast werk in dagregime, mét afwisseling? Voor een familiale KMO in de regio Izegem, actief in de metaalverwerkende sector, zoeken we een TIG lasser INOX die graag projecten van A tot Z afwerkt.Deze onderneming telt een 50-tal medewerkers en werkt volledig op maat, zonder seriewerk. Elk project is anders, wat jouw job boeiend en gevarieerd maakt. Het team staat bekend om zijn grote betrokkenheid en open samenwerking.Zowel ontwerp, engineering als productie gebeuren volledig in eigen beheer. Je werkt mee aan totaaloplossingen voor klanten uit uiteenlopende sectoren, zoals voeding en industrie, met jaarlijks ook enkele projecten in het buitenland.Er wordt voornamelijk gewerkt met inox en staal, en de productie omvat onder meer nabehandeling en technische onderdelen. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte opvolging zijn vaste waarden op de werkvloer.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle inox onderdelen netjes worden samengesteld volgens de regels van de TIG-laskunst
  • Je last volledig zelfstandig projecten van A tot Z: van voormontage tot eindafwerking
  • Je werkt vanuit een vaste laspost in het atelier, zonder verplaatsingen
  • Dagelijks overleg je met je collega’s lassers en monteurs om samen tot een perfect eindresultaat te komen
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen vlot
  • Je voert zelf kwaliteitscontroles uit op jouw lasverbindingen
  • Problemen of afwijkingen geef je correct door aan je leidinggevende
  • Veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel, voor jezelf én voor je collega’s
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar stabiele ervaring als TIG lasser INOX
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren
  • Nederlands beheers je goed om veiligheidsinstructies correct te begrijpen en toe te passen
