Dan zoekt dit bedrijf jou: een praktische vakman met een scherp oog voor detail.Het bedrijf is een familiale autogroep in de derde generatie, die in twee landen actief is en ongeveer 900 medewerkers telt, van wie zo’n 105 in België. De groep werkt met meerdere merken en vestigingen, maar behoudt een familiale sfeer en heeft een laag personeelsverloop. In de afdeling nieuwe wagens zorgt een team ervoor dat elk voertuig er bij aflevering uitziet zoals de klant het verwacht: onberispelijk.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Nieuwe voertuigen worden volledig klaargemaakt voor aflevering aan de klant
  • Bij binnenkomst worden de wagens gereinigd en nauwkeurig gecontroleerd op eventuele transportschade
  • Voertuigen worden geladen en voorbereid voor verdere afhandeling
  • Basiswerk rond polieren brengt de lak weer tot zijn volle glans
  • Eventuele problemen worden gesignaleerd aan de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail vormen de basis van de job
  • Een praktische, handige aanpak is nodig
  • Ervaring met poetsen, polieren of voertuigvoorbereiding is een troef, maar geen vereiste
  • Werken op een vast tempo en zorgvuldig blijven bij herhalend werk is noodzakelijk
  • Nederlands is de voertaal op de werkvloer
