Haal jij voldoening uit een goed georganiseerde werf en een ploeg die dankzij jouw aanpak vlot kan doorwerken?Voor een familiaal bouw- en infrastructuurbedrijf zoeken we een werfleider die de dagelijkse uitvoering van wegenis-, riolerings- en infrastructuurwerken in goede banen leidt. De onderneming heeft een jarenlange ervaring in de bouwsector en realiseert uiteenlopende openbare en industriële projecten, van grond- en betonwerken tot complexe infrastructuurwerken.Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de werf en houdt het overzicht over de verschillende werkzaamheden. Je stuurt de ploegen aan, volgt de planning op en waakt erover dat alles volgens de afspraken verloopt. Daarbij ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de werf, de projectleiding en externe partners. Naast de praktische opvolging neem je ook een deel van de werfadministratie voor je rekening.Binnen deze onderneming wordt ingezet op duidelijke afspraken, samenwerking en wederzijds vertrouwen. Je krijgt de nodige ondersteuning, professioneel materieel en ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.   • Je volgt wegen-, riolerings- en infrastructuurwerken op van de opstart tot en met de oplevering
  • Stuurt de verschillende werfploegen aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling
  • Bewaakt de planning en volgt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en het rendement van de werkzaamheden op
  • Onderhoudt contacten met bouwheren, studiebureaus, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Je lost praktische problemen op, maakt vorderingsstaten op en stemt regelmatig af met de projectleiding
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht, organisatorisch talent en vlotte communicatie met verschillende betrokken partijen. Dat zijn jouw kwaliteiten
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig, spreekt vlot Nederlands en neemt graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid; ervaring met werfopvolging is een pluspunt
