Zie jij een uitdaging waar anderen een probleem zien? Dan ben jij de werfleider dat we nodig hebben!Het bedrijf is actief in de elektrotechnische sector en is gevestigd in Oost-Vlaanderen. Met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring heeft het zich ontwikkeld tot een gevestigde waarde binnen de sector en telt het ongeveer 20 medewerkers. De klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk in de tertiaire sector, kantoren en industrie in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Daarnaast voert het bedrijf ook grotere residentiële projecten uit in deze regio’s.Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een grotere groep die ondernemingen verenigt binnen drie domeinen: elektriciteit, klimatisatie en HVAC & sanitair. Binnen deze groep versterken de verschillende ondernemingen elkaar op het vlak van innovatie, technologie en organisatie. Tegelijk behoudt elke entiteit haar eigen identiteit en vertrouwde werking. Zo combineert het bedrijf de voordelen van een grotere, stabiele en financieel gezonde groep met de persoonlijke aanpak, korte communicatielijnen en aangename werksfeer van een kmo.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Actieve medewerking aan de uitvoering van uiteenlopende elektrische installaties, zoals het trekken van kabels, plaatsen van leidingen en kabelgoten, monteren van schakelmateriaal en aansluiten van verlichtingsinstallaties
  • Verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en aansturen van collega-elektriciens, rekening houdend met de planning en de prioriteiten op de werf
  • Bieden van praktische technische ondersteuning aan collega’s en helpen bij vragen of problemen tijdens de uitvoering
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang van de werken en toezien op de naleving van afspraken, technische voorschriften en vereiste kwaliteitsnormen
  • Afstemmen van de werkzaamheden met eventuele onderaannemers en zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende activiteiten op de werf
  • Fungeren als dagelijkse schakel tussen de werf en de projectleider, met rapportering over de voortgang, eventuele problemen, materiaalbehoeften en mogelijke vertragingen
  • Beschikt over een technische opleiding en een goede praktische kennis van elektrische installaties
  • Heeft relevante ervaring als elektricien en kent de praktijk van werken op een werf
  • Neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en durft collega’s aan te spreken en aan te sturen waar nodig
  • Is een echte vakman die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en tegelijk het overzicht bewaart
  • Beschikt over vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in de omgang met collega’s, projectleiders en eventuele onderaannemers
  • Is praktisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht, met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen
