Voor deze firma die binnen Europa op verschillende domeinen marktleider is gaan we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde werfleider met de focus op industriële elektriciteit.Dit firma is actief binnen industrie op alle mogelijke gebieden. Met meer dan 10 locaties in België alleen kunnen zij de meest complexe en technisch uitdagende projecten aan. Zij hebben een gigantische hoeveelheid technische kennis in huis. Binnen deze onderneming wordt grote aandacht besteed aan opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeiopties. Met het oog op duurzaamheid worden ze steeds ingezet bij veel bedrijven die willen vergroenen. Op die manier draagt onze klant ook haar steentje bij aan de ecologische doelstelling.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werfleider industriële elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van projecten en het coördineren van jouw team op locatie
  • Samen met je collega's voer je de elektrische installaties uit op de werf, dit op basis van een technisch plan
  • Je maakt de nodige aansluitingen en zorgt voor een goed verloop van de werf
  • Je draagt klantencontact hoog in het vandaal en staat de klant bij indien vragen of opmerkingen
  • Je stuurt de elektriciens op de werf aan en controleert nadien of de installaties vlot functioneren
  • Je verzorgt de algemene administratie van de werd en waakt over de orde en netheid van de werf & bestelwagens
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een technisch diploma elektriciteit op zak of kan een eerste relevante werkervaring voorleggen
  • Je hebt sterke leidinggevende skills en spreekt omwille van veiligheid en communicatie vlot Nederlands/ Frans
  • Aandacht voor veiligheid en werken volgens kwaliteitsprocedures zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en hebt bij voorkeur een VCA- en hoogwerker attest
