  • Strak plannen en coördineren van alle onderhoudsbeurten, complexe herstellingen en technische modificaties aan het gevarieerde machinepark.
  • Slim verdelen van werkorders over het team op basis van individuele talenten en de interne en externe depannagedienst efficiënt aansturen.
  • Bieden van hoogwaardige technische ondersteuning bij ingewikkelde pannes (mechanica, hydraulica, pneumatica en elektriciteit) en hands-on bijspringen waar nodig.
  • Uitvoeren van een strenge kwalitatieve eindcontrole op alle opdrachten voordat machines de werkplaats strak afgewerkt verlaten.
  • Coachen, inspireren en begeleiden van jouw techniekers, het borgen van een positieve dynamiek en proactief detecteren van opleidingsbehoeften.
  • Fungeren als spilfiguur en professioneel aanspreekpunt voor klanten om hen helder te informeren over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een Graduaat Voertuigtechnieken of een Bachelor Autotechnologie (of bent gelijkwaardig door opgebouwde praktijkervaring).
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende in een technische werkplaats ÓF een gedreven senior technieker die klaar is voor deze mooie carrièrestap.
  • Grondige, diepgaande vakkennis van mechanica, hydraulica en elektriciteit; ervaring met complexe diagnose-apparatuur en ERP-software is een grote troef.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, een oplossingsgerichte instelling en het talent om mensen op een natuurlijke manier te motiveren.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands om vlot te overleggen met je team, de directie en de klanten.
