Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde technische KMO die zich bewust focust op hoogwaardige HVAC- en sanitaire technieken. In plaats van zoveel mogelijk projecten tegelijk aan te nemen, kiest de organisatie resoluut voor kwaliteit, technische complexiteit en een sterke opvolging. Daardoor kunnen medewerkers zich echt verdiepen in projecten en wordt er veel belang gehecht aan een correcte voorbereiding en uitvoering.De onderneming is actief binnen verschillende marktsegmenten, met een sterke focus op B2B. Denk aan kantoren, productiehallen, magazijnen en andere industriële gebouwen, maar ook aan appartementsbouw en hoogwaardige residentiële projecten. Daarnaast worden technieken geïntegreerd in projecten zoals horeca, dokterspraktijken en exclusieve woningen. De projecten zijn technisch uitdagend en vragen een grondige voorbereiding, een goede materiaalkeuze en een sterke samenwerking tussen engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering. Energiezuinige technieken vormen een belangrijke pijler binnen de organisatie. Daardoor krijg je te maken met moderne installaties en complexe technische vraagstukken waarin efficiëntie, duurzaamheid en een correcte uitvoering centraal staan.Als Werkvoorbereider HVAC-S zorg je ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch klaarstaan vooraleer de eerste technieker de werf betreedt. Je neemt een project onder handen nadat de offerte verkocht is en zorgt ervoor dat alle puzzelstukken op hun plaats liggen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met de projectleider projecten technisch voorbereiden en ervoor zorgen dat de werf startklaar is
  • Technische fiches, plannen en documentatie verzamelen en controleren
  • Toestellen en materialen bepalen en tijdig bestellen bij leveranciers
  • Offertes van leveranciers opvragen, vergelijken en de juiste keuzes maken op vlak van prijs, kwaliteit en technische specificaties
  • Zorgen dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en techniekers met duidelijke instructies aan de slag kunnen
  • Techniekers en projectleiders ondersteunen bij technische vragen en fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt
  • Serviceaanvragen van klanten opvolgen en interventies in overleg met de projectleider organiseren
  • Het magazijn mee aansturen en toezien op retours, verkeerde bestellingen en materiaalstromen
  • Kleine en eenvoudige offertes zelfstandig opmaken
  • As-built dossiers voorbereiden en zorgen voor de nodige documenten voor keuringen en postinterventiedossiers
  • Problemen en ontbrekende informatie tijdig signaleren zodat vertragingen op de werf worden vermeden
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes en een betere samenwerking tussen kantoor, magazijn en werf
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond binnen HVAC, sanitair, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante ervaring
  • Een diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw technische bagage, verantwoordelijkheidszin en praktische inzicht zijn belangrijk
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, behoudt overzicht over verschillende dossiers en denkt graag enkele stappen vooruit
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met techniekers, projectleiders, leveranciers en klanten omwille van veiligheid en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
