Je komt terecht in een professionele productieomgeving waar vakmanschap, technologie en nauwkeurigheid hand in hand gaan.Binnen deze organisatie worden uiteenlopende houten onderdelen en maatwerkprojecten gerealiseerd. Elk project vraagt om een doordachte voorbereiding, slimme materiaalkeuzes en een efficiënte aansturing van de productie. Dankzij de combinatie van moderne machines, gespecialiseerde software en ervaren vakmensen wordt voortdurend gestreefd naar een kwalitatief eindresultaat.De onderneming hecht veel belang aan innovatie, efficiëntie en samenwerking. Je werkt in een omgeving waar technische kennis wordt gewaardeerd en waar je de ruimte krijgt om zelfstandig beslissingen voor te bereiden en verbeteringen voor te stellen.Je vervult een belangrijke rol tussen de technische voorbereiding en het productieatelier. Jouw werk bepaalt mee hoe vlot de productie verloopt, hoeveel materiaal er wordt benut en hoe nauwkeurig de afgewerkte onderdelen zijn.Ben jij technisch sterk, denk je graag enkele stappen vooruit en haal je voldoening uit een productieproces dat dankzij jouw voorbereiding perfect draait? Dan is deze uitdaging zeker iets voor jou!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je analyseert technische tekeningen en productiedossiers en vertaalt deze naar CNC-programma's, zaaglijsten en nestingplannen.
  • Met behulp van gespecialiseerde software optimaliseer je de indeling van materialen, zodat verspilling beperkt blijft en machines optimaal worden benut.
  • Je bepaalt de juiste volgorde van bewerkingen en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel efficiënt door het productieproces verloopt.
  • Het opmaken en beheren van digitale productie-instructies behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden, zodat operatoren steeds over correcte informatie beschikken.
  • Bij technische vragen of onduidelijkheden overleg je met collega's van de voorbereiding en productie. Je ondersteunt operatoren bij de opstart en uitvoering van programma's.
  • Je denkt actief mee over slimmere werkmethodes, productieoptimalisatie en standaardisatie, met als doel de kwaliteit en efficiëntie voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-programmering en nestingsoftware binnen de houtsector. Een goed inzicht in houtbewerking en productieprocessen is essentieel.
  • Je kan vlot technische plannen interpreteren en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van CAD/CAM-software en ERP-systemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en zelfstandig, communiceert vlot met collega's en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht.
