Deze KMO uit de regio Gent is gespecialiseerd in totaaloplossingen binnen HVAC. Hun vakgebieden omvatten verwarming, sanitair, ventilatie, warmtepompen en airco. Ze opereren zowel in de nieuwbouw- als renovatiemarkt, met klanten gaande van particuliere woningen en appartementsgebouwen tot KMO’s en bedrijven in de financiële sector.Met een hecht team van een 15-tal medewerkers zet dit bedrijf sterk in op kwaliteit en service. Om hun groei te ondersteunen, zoeken ze een Technisch Bediende HVAC die mee het verschil wil maken.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verlenen van technisch advies aan service-techniekers, verwerken van servicerapporten en bijhouden van installatiegegevens. Ook het plannen en opvolgen van interventies, inclusief het maken van klantafspraken, behoren tot dit luik.
  • Ingeven en opvolgen van werkbonnen en interventieaanvragen, opmaken van waterattesten en nauwgezet bijhouden van de technische administratie.
  • Voorbereiden en samenstellen van uitvoeringsdossiers, opstellen van technische fiches, opvolgen van materiaalbestellingen en aanpassingen aan technische tekeningen (zoals DWG en as-built dossiers).
  • Uittekenen en aanpassen van technische HVAC-plannen, uitvoeren van opmetingen op basis van bouwplannen en meewerken aan de technische onderbouwing van projecten.
  • Instaan voor het stockbeheer van onderdelen, bestellen van reserveonderdelen en opstellen van prijsvragen voor leveranciers met opvolging van levertermijnen.
  • Bepaalde projecten zelfstandig opvolgen, werven technisch voorbereiden en ondersteunen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Bachelor in elektromechanica, klimatisatie of een gelijkwaardige richting. Ervaring in de opvolging van een technische dienst en/of planning is een plus. Een eerste ervaring in de HVAC-sector is sterk aanbevolen, zeker met het oog op de aansturing van techniekers.
  • Vlot gebruik van het Office-pakket is essentieel. Basiskennis van Autocad en/of Stabicad wordt verwacht.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels, aangevuld met een basis Frans, vooral de mondelinge communicatie is belangrijk
