Wat houdt de job in?

  • Vertalen van geplande technische werkzaamheden en onderhoudstaken naar kant-en-klare, uitvoeringsrijpe werkorders.
  • Analyseren van mechanische problemen en pannes, en hierbij nauw overleggen met de Fieldcoach om tot de meest efficiënte oplossing te komen.
  • Voorbereiden en inplannen van onderhoudsmomenten, inclusief het tijdig bestellen van de juiste wisselstukken en technische onderdelen.
  • Uitschrijven van duidelijke, veilige werkinstructies en het optimaal inplannen van het onderhoudspersoneel en externe partners.
  • Centraal registreren en beheren van data in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (Ultimo), om zo de technische kennis te borgen voor de toekomst.
  • Fungeren als communicatieve spilfiguur tussen productie, planning en het technische team, waarbij je de veiligheidsrichtlijnen strikt handhaaft.
  • Een behaalde Bachelor in de Elektromechanica of volledig gelijkwaardig door relevante en aantoonbare praktijkervaring binnen technisch onderhoud of werkvoorbereiding.
  • Uitstekend technisch inzicht met het vermogen om vlot mechanische plannen en elektrische schema's te lezen en te interpreteren.
  • Goede allround basiskennis van industriële technieken om hydraulische en pneumatische problemen correct in te schatten.
