  • Planning, coördinatie en opvolging van onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden
  • Opmaak van werkorders en bewaking van de voortgang, kwaliteit en timing van de werkzaamheden
  • Inplannen van interventies op basis van prioriteiten, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en de bezetting van techniekers
  • Opmaak en optimalisatie van preventieve onderhoudsplannen en onderhoudsintervallen
  • Begeleiding van externe onderhoudspartners en nauwe samenwerking met interne klanten en leveranciers
  • Technische achtergrond en affiniteit met onderhoud en rollend materieel
  • Technisch inzicht gecombineerd met sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden
  • Vlotte communicatie met verschillende stakeholders
  • Een gestructureerde en proactieve werkhouding met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak
