Tecjobz is op zoek naar een digital performance expert met liefde voor cijfers, campagnes én alles wat digitaal is.Krijg jij energie van een campagne die meetbare resultaten oplevert? En wil je daarna ook weten wáárom ze scoort, tot in ons CRM? Klopt je hart sneller als je met AI een probleem kan oplossen of een saai proces kan automatiseren? Houd je dan maar vast voor een waanzinnige uitdaging!Over TecjobzTecjobz is al sinds 2018 dé rekruteringspartner voor technische en logistieke profielen in West- & Oost-Vlaanderen. Samen met de collega's van Lagom (ingenieursprofielen) telt het team ondertussen ruim 60 medewerkers, verspreid over drie kantoren: Hooglede, Merelbeke en ons gloednieuwe kantoor in Kortrijk. En we zijn nog lang niet klaar. Bij Tecjobz zijn de ambities eindeloos.Jouw rolAls digital performance expert zorg jij voor instroom: de juiste kandidaten voor onze klanten en de juiste collega's voor ons eigen team. Jij zet de campagnes op, speelt met de budgetten op basis van frequente monitoring en zorgt dat elke euro bij de juiste doelgroep terechtkomt.Maar je stopt niet bij het aantal clicks. Je volgt elke lead op tot in ons CRM, en je bouwt er zelf de dashboards op die tonen wat werkt. Loopt er ergens iets stroef? Dan bouw je het liefst zelf met AI toepassingen een oplossing. Je bouwt MVP's met Lovable, brengt het in de realiteit met Claude en laat je begeleiden door ChatGPT.Daarnaast houd je natuurlijk nog andere balletjes in de lucht:

  • Opzetten, opvolgen en optimaliseren van campagnes op Meta, Google, LinkedIn en Indeed die meetbaar werken
  • Dagelijks budgetbeheer en rapportering: kost per lead, kwaliteit van sollicitaties, conversie tot plaatsing
  • Je bent mede-eigenaar van ons CRM: data juist krijgen, flows automatiseren, tools aan elkaar knopen
  • Dashboards bouwen die sales, recruitment en management elke week gebruiken
  • Processen in kaart brengen, verbeteringen voorstellen én ze zelf uitrollen

Je komt terecht binnen een hoog gesegmenteerde nichespeler, dit vertaalt zich ook in enkele must- & nice to haves:

  • Bachelor/Master in een relevante richting, of dé ervaring die het verschil maakt
  • Ervaring met het opzetten en optimaliseren van digitale campagnes die resultaat neerzetten
  • Je werkt al met AI-tools zoals Claude/Lovable en je bouwt dingen graag zélf
  • Ervaring met een CRM (Salesforce of gelijkaardig)
  • Je zoekt dingen zelf uit en blijft prutsen tot het draait
