Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho – Logística para integrar nosso time, atuando na prevenção de acidentes, identificação e controle de riscos ocupacionais e acompanhamento das operações de armazenagem e transporte nas filiais na região Sul do Brasil.Esse profissional será responsável por implementar e acompanhar as ferramentas do Plano de Segurança, realizar inspeções operacionais, orientar colaboradores, apoiar treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização, além de participar da investigação de incidentes e do monitoramento dos indicadores de SSMA (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente). Sua atuação contribuirá para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança, o cumprimento dos requisitos legais e procedimentos internos e a melhoria contínua, garantindo a proteção dos colaboradores e a continuidade segura das operações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesImplementar e acompanhar as ferramentas do Plano de Segurança, incluindo OC, IPS, RD, APR e AR.Realizar inspeções nas operações logísticas, identificando riscos e acompanhando ações corretivas e preventivas.Promover a conscientização em segurança por meio de DDS/DSS, Fórum Mensal de SSMA e treinamentos (TGS).Apoiar ações de Segurança Viária, orientando motoristas e prevenindo acidentes nas operações de transporte.Apoiar a comunicação e investigação de incidentes e acidentes (RCIA), acompanhando medidas preventivas e corretivas.Monitorar indicadores de SSMA, desvios, planos de ação e requisitos legais aplicáveis às filiais.Atuar em parceria com lideranças operacionais e a Gerência de SSMA da Matriz, fortalecendo a cultura de prevenção e a melhoria contínua.
