The posting

Responsabilidades:

  • Atualizar documentos solicitados pelos Gestores de Projeto e os Analistas de Gestão de Projeto, como relatórios, controle de caixa, apresentações, alvarás, termos e demais registros necessários;
  • Interagir com o setor de Suprimentos para acompanhar e garantir as aquisições conforme o cronograma do projeto;
  • Apoiar nas tratativas comerciais para contratos de fornecimento de mão de obra, atuando como elo entre os Gestores de Projeto, Analistas de Gestão de Projeto e a área de Suprimentos;
  • Receber, registrar e acompanhar os retornos da área de Suprimentos, monitorando prazos, entregas e o andamento das solicitações de compra;
  • Controlar os custos relacionados a contratações, com base no orçamento da obra, e comunicar ao Gestor de Projeto qualquer risco de sobrecusto;
  • Atuar como canal de comunicação entre os sites managers, almoxarifes e Suprimentos para garantir o recebimento adequado de materiais e apoiar demandas operacionais e questões relacionadas a impostos;
  • Apoiar na consolidação da documentação contratual mensal e das evidências para medição, conforme orientação do Gestor de Projeto e/ou do Analista de Gestão de Projeto, além de emitir relatórios e pareceres sobre custos incorridos e previstos;
  • Apoiar na solicitação e gestão da documentação mensal dos subcontratados;
  • Elaborar, atualizar e controlar a curva de receitas e despesas do projeto, com o suporte do Gestor de Projeto e/ou do Analista de Gestão de Projeto, interagindo com a área de Planejamento para assegurar um fluxo de caixa positivo;
  • Interagir com as equipes internas (Suprimentos, Planejamento, Financeiro e Controladoria) para garantir o fluxo adequado de informações e contribuir com o controle de custos atuais e futuros;
  • Trabalhar com o orçamento do projeto, incluindo aditivos e suas respectivas atualizações em documentos espelho, como contratos no Sienge, planilhas de medição, eventogramas, entre outros;
  • Realizar o lançamento de medições e notas fiscais dos fornecedores e clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior em andamento em Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Administração, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento básico em gestão de projetos;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel;
  • Habilidade para elaboração de relatórios, planilhas e controles;
  • Conhecimento em Sienge e Pipefy será considerado diferencial.
