Edmond Hyundai | Edmond, Oklahoma

Edmond Hyundai is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our team! We’re seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, customer-focused professional who understands dealership parts operations and takes pride in providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist service technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts needs.
  • Identify and order automotive parts accurately using dealership parts catalogs and computer systems.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and help manage stocking levels.
  • Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranty-related parts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the service department.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional parts department.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership parts department experience required.
  • Hyundai parts experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts catalogs, inventory systems, and ordering procedures.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
