A Tegra Incorporadora esta com uma oportunidade para Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho para atuar no RJ.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInspecionar locais, instalações, equipamentos e frentes de trabalho, identificando riscos e oportunidades de melhoria nas condições de segurança;Promover a segurança, saúde e integridade dos colaboradores, atuando na prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais;Garantir o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras, requisitos legais e políticas internas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente;Realizar avaliações e medições ambientais, monitorando as condições de trabalho e propondo ações preventivas;Identificar, registrar e acompanhar desvios, incidentes e acidentes, apoiando a definição e implementação de ações corretivas;Fiscalizar a utilização adequada de EPIs e EPCs, participando também da especificação, testes e aquisição desses recursos;Ministrar treinamentos, integrações e ações de conscientização sobre segurança, incluindo trabalho em altura, espaço confinado, resgate e primeiros socorros;Controlar e aprovar a documentação de segurança de empresas contratadas e prestadores de serviços, assegurando conformidade legal e contratual;Desenvolver programas e iniciativas que fortaleçam a cultura de prevenção, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho;Conhecimento na área de instalações com mão de obra própria;Registro profissional ativo conforme exigências da função;Experiência prévia na área de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em ambientes operacionais e/ou obras;Conhecimento sólido das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e da legislação de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência em identificação e avaliação de riscos, investigação de acidentes e elaboração de documentação técnica de segurança;Vivência na gestão e fiscalização de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPCs);Experiência na realização de inspeções de campo, análises preliminares de risco (APR) e acompanhamento de indicadores de SMS;Habilidade para ministrar treinamentos de Trabalho em Altura, Primeiros Socorros, Espaço Confinado e Resgate em Espaço Confinado;Comunicação clara, capacidade analítica, organização, proatividade e habilidade para promover a cultura de segurança junto às equipes.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Vale Refeição/Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Previdência Privada;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Farmácia;WellHub;Cesta Assiduidade;Bônus Anual.
