TEHNIČKO UČILIŠTE VINKOVCI raspisuje natječaj za zapošljavanje jednog djelatnika/djelatnice na radnom mjestu nastavnik/nastavnica u obrazovanju odraslih, s naglaskom na obavljanje administrativnih, organizacijskih i andragoških poslova.

Na natječaj se mogu prijaviti kandidati sa završenim Ekonomskim fakultetom, Pravnim fakultetom ili studijem pedagogije, odnosno odgovarajućim ranije stečenim kvalifikacijama. Prethodno radno iskustvo nije uvjet za prijavu.

Poslovi radnog mjesta obuhvaćaju organizaciju i administrativno praćenje provedbe programa obrazovanja odraslih, vođenje i kontrolu andragoške dokumentacije, pripremu i obradu dokumentacije polaznika, sudjelovanje u izradi rasporeda nastave, ispita i praktične nastave, komunikaciju s polaznicima, nastavnicima i suradnicima te praćenje realizacije obrazovnih programa. Djelatnik će sudjelovati u pripremi ugovora, odluka, pravilnika, zapisnika, izvješća i drugih službenih dokumenata, pratiti zakonske i podzakonske propise koji uređuju rad ustanova za obrazovanje odraslih te pružati stručnu i administrativnu podršku ravnatelju u svakodnevnom poslovanju Učilišta.

Poseban naglasak stavlja se na sudjelovanje u postupcima osiguravanja kvalitete, samovrednovanja i vanjskog vrednovanja ustanove, praćenje provedbe mjera za unapređenje kvalitete, pravodobno izvršavanje zakonskih i administrativnih obveza te pripremu dokumentacije za potrebe nadležnih institucija. Djelatnik će, u skladu sa svojom stručnom kvalifikacijom i propisanim uvjetima pojedinog obrazovnog programa, prema potrebi sudjelovati i u izvođenju nastavnih sadržaja.

Od kandidata se očekuju odgovornost, samostalnost, organiziranost, preciznost, komunikativnost, poznavanje rada na računalu te spremnost na kontinuirano stručno usavršavanje i praćenje propisa iz područja obrazovanja odraslih.

Radni odnos zasniva se na puno radno vrijeme, u trajanju od 40 sati tjedno, uz ugovoreni probni rad od 60 dana. Nakon uspješno završenog probnog rada predviđena je mogućnost nastavka radnog odnosa, uz perspektivu dugoročne suradnje, kontinuiranog stručnog usavršavanja i profesionalnog razvoja.
