TEKNEMA est une entreprise de construction qui réalise et gère des projets dans les secteurs industriel, pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire et bioindustriel. Nos équipes interviennent sur des chantiers et en usines, en prenant en charge chaque étape, de la planification à l’exécution, avec un engagement envers la sécurité, la qualité et le respect des clients.

Surintendant de chantier

Vous serez responsable de diriger et superviser les travaux sur des chantiers de construction d’usines, en assurant la coordination et la mise en œuvre des projets. En collaboration avec les équipes sur le terrain, vous veillerez à la sécurité, à la qualité des travaux et au respect des délais et budgets.

Responsabilités :

  • Planification et mobilisation : Planifier l’échéancier à court terme (3 semaines), organiser la mobilisation et gérer les conditions de chantier. Valeurs moyenne des chantiers 2 à 10 Millions $
  • Supervision des travaux : Coordonner et diriger les équipes sur le terrain, superviser les sous-traitants et assurer la conformité des travaux avec les plans et spécifications.
  • Gestion des parties prenantes : Entretenir une communication efficace avec les sous-traitants, les clients et intervenants, et animer les réunions de chantier.
  • Suivi budgétaire et administratif : Valider les facturations des sous-traitants, suivre les avis de changement et contribuer à la gestion budgétaire des projets.
  • Qualité et sécurité : Contrôler la qualité des travaux exécutés, effectuer des inspections régulières et garantir l’application des procédures de santé et sécurité.
  • Résolution de problèmes : Identifier rapidement les défis techniques ou opérationnels et proposer des solutions efficaces pour maintenir le projet sur la bonne voie.

Exigences :

  • Minimum de 5 à 1-0 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la construction, comme surintendant ou contremaître.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion de projets – MS Project (connaissance de Procore, un atout).
  • Permis de conduire valide et mobilité dans la région de Montréal et Rive-Sud.
  • Connaissance des lois, règlements, codes et normes de la construction.
