IFS Surf Area Super User Arbetsgivare: TeknikAkademin Norden AB Omfattning: Heltid Om rollen Vi söker en erfaren IFS Surf Super User-konsult för ett uppdrag med fokus på systemförvaltning, processutveckling och användarstöd inom två produktområden. Du blir en central funktion mellan verksamheten, IT och systemförvaltningen och ansvarar för att säkerställa effektiv användning och kontinuerlig utveckling av IFS Surf. Dina arbetsuppgifter Vara specialist inom IFS Surf och säkerställa korrekt systemanvändning

Identifiera och driva förbättringar av system och verksamhetsprocesser

Samordna ändringsförfrågningar och utvecklingsinitiativ

Stödja lokala super users och andra verksamhetsintressenter

Hantera systemincidenter, felsökning och rotorsaksanalyser

Samordna verksamhetens behov med IT och systemförvaltning

Utveckla dokumentation, instruktioner och gemensamma arbetssätt

Bidra till planering och genomförande av förbättringsprojekt

Vi söker dig som Har minst 5 års erfarenhet av IFS ERP, gärna IFS Surf

Har arbetat som Super User, Process Owner, Functional Lead eller Business Analyst

Har erfarenhet av processutveckling, systemförbättringar och ändringshantering

Har god förståelse för verksamhetsprocesser inom exempelvis produktion, teknik, projektledning eller supply chain

Är analytisk, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad

Har god kommunikativ förmåga och är van att samarbeta mellan verksamhet och IT

Meriterande: Erfarenhet från tillverkningsindustri, försvar, flygindustri eller andra komplexa projektorganisationer. Vi erbjuder Ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag med en initial period på minst ett år
