ASSISTENTE DE TI Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de TI para fortalecer nosso time em Blumenau/SC. Se você é curioso(a), gosta de tecnologia e tem facilidade em resolver problemas, essa vaga pode ser pra você!

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Prestar suporte técnico de 1º e 2º nível, realizando atendimentos presenciais e remotos (telefone, e-mail e sistema de chamados);
  • Instalar, configurar e realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva em computadores, notebooks, impressoras e demais periféricos;
  • Apoiar a configuração e manutenção de redes (Wi-Fi, cabeada, VPN) e telefonia corporativa;
  • Administrar contas de usuários, acessos e permissões em Active Directory, Microsoft 365, e-mails e sistemas internos;
  • Auxiliar na implantação, atualização e manutenção de softwares, licenças e ferramentas de segurança da informação;
  • Apoiar projetos de infraestrutura de TI, contribuindo com melhorias, modernização e otimização dos processos da área;
  • Realizar a gestão de ativos de TI, mantendo o controle, organização e disponibilidade dos equipamentos;
  • Configurar firewall, VPNs, acessos remotos e realizar a pré-instalação de computadores, garantindo a padronização dos ambientes;
  • Manter contato com fornecedores e prestadores de serviço para apoiar a resolução de demandas técnicas e melhorias na infraestrutura.

PRÉ-REQUISITOS

  • Estar cursando Técnico em Informática, Redes, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em suporte técnico e manutenção de equipamentos de informática;
  • Conhecimento em redes de computadores, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN e suporte a sistemas;
  • Noções de segurança da informação, firewall, antivírus e boas práticas de LGPD;
  • Conhecimento em instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade para atendimento aos usuários e interação com diferentes áreas.

  • Formação técnica ou superior em TI ou áreas afins
  • Conhecimento em programação
  • Formação ou experiência com firewall e antivírus
  • Vivência com sistemas corporativos
