Funciones principales:

·Gestionar las llamadas entrantes y realizar llamadas asignadas diariamente (emisión de llamadas o comunicación de condiciones de contratación)

·Verificación de los datos del cliente y reproducir la RGPD.

·Realizan llamadas para la comunicación de condiciones de contratación o de valoraciones médicas, obtención de documentación para tramitación de un sinestro (revisar la solvencia/liquidez), seguimiento de servicio, según la asignación.

·Mantenerse actualizado sobre modificaciones en operativas y protocolos.

Qué ofrecemos:

- Contrato TEMPORAL.

- Jornada laboral de 30 horas semanales distribuidas de Lunes a Viernes horario de mañanas 9-15h o de tardes 15-21h

- Formación inicial y remunerada.

Requisitos mínimos

- Cursando grado universitario.

- Imprescindible nivel nativo/alto de castellano y catalán.

- Valorable experiencia en centros de atención al cliente (call center)

- Conocimientos de ofimática (paquete office).

- Persona organizada, con buenas habilidades comunicativas y toma de decisiones.
