Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung Prüfungsbetriebs in Marokko
  • Organisation, Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Sprachprüfungen
  • Verwaltung von Prüfungsanmeldungen, Prüfungsdaten und Aufträgen in Systemen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen administrativen Ablaufs vor, während und nach Prüfungen
  • Koordination organisatorischer Abläufe zwischen Prüfungszentren, Prüfenden, Partnern und dem telc-Team
  • Erstellung von Übersichten, Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichten
  • Pflege von Datenbanken, Dokumentationen und administrativen Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Hospitationen und weiteren Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Schulungen, Meetings und Besuchen
  • Unterstützung des Country Representatives bei operativen, administrativen und projektbezogenen Aufgaben
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Prüfungsbetriebs und des Prüfungsnetzwerks in Marokko

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium Germanistik/ Lehramt/ Erwachsenenbildung; oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – DaF Background von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen, organisatorischen oder koordinierenden Funktion ist von Vorteil sowie im Bereich DaF
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie digitalen Verwaltungssystemen
  • Fähigkeit, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Marokkos
