  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities for internal nonconformances, customer complaints, and production-related quality issues.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to improve processes, work instructions, inspection methods, and control plans.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and process variation.
  • Conduct process capability studies (Cp/Cpk), risk assessments, PFMEAs, and process validation activities.
  • Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including disposition recommendations and prevention of repeat issues.
  • Analyze production quality data and key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in product and contract reviews to ensure customer and regulatory quality requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to support product quality objectives.
  • Facilitate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities and verify effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Support internal and external audits and participate in maintaining ISO-compliant quality management systems.
  • Provide training and coaching to production personnel to strengthen quality awareness and ownership.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting production operations and resolving manufacturing quality issues.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
  • Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • US person status required for access to ITAR controlled technical data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, electromechanical, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality management systems.
  • Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Cp/Cpk studies, and risk-based quality tools.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training or certification preferred.
  • Experience with CAPA, MRB, and internal auditing activities.

Why Join Us?

  • Play a critical role in supporting new products and manufacturing excellence.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Quality leadership.
  • Lead impactful continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business results.
  • Growth opportunities within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
