Job Description

Teledyne e2v, située à Saint-Egrève en Isère ( proche de Grenoble) est spécialiste du semi-conducteur depuis plus de 60 ans.

Ce site (400 collaborateurs), rassemble des équipes de recherche et développement, des ateliers de production et des services support, au sein de nos divisions Machine Vision Sensors (capteurs d’images et caméras pour applications spatiales, industrielles et médicales) et Semiconductors (microprocesseurs et convertisseurs de données rapides pour applications aérospatiales et défense).

Nous proposons un STAGE ELECTRONIQUE EMBARQUEE F/H d'une durée de 6 mois dans le cadre d'un cycle Ingénieur 5ème année / Master 2ème année.

SUJET : CONCEPTION ET VALIDATION D’UN DEMONSTRATEUR DE CAMERA RAPIDE AVEC INTERFACE 20Gb/s.

Au sein du groupe Teledyne, la division MVS (Machine Vision Sensor) développe, industrialise et fabrique des solutions d'imagerie hautes performances. Les capteurs et les caméras d'imagerie de Teledyne e2v sont conçus et produits pour une vaste gamme d'applications exigeantes, comme l’observation de la Terre, la science, le contrôle industriel, et le médical.

Au sein de la division MVS, la mission de l’équipe de Développement Système est de concevoir les caméras. L’équipe est composée d’ingénieurs avec une forte expertise dans les disciplines suivantes :

- Conception de systèmes électroniques, hardware et FPGA.

- Développement logiciels embarqués.

- Développement logiciels PC Windows et Linux.

Missions du stage

La division MVS va lancer la conception d’une nouvelle génération de caméras très haute vitesse. A cette fin, il sera nécessaire d’utiliser un nouveau type d’interface entre la caméra et l’unité centrale.

MVS a lancé un projet de pré-étude visant à identifier cette interface puis valider la solution avec un démonstrateur. L’objet du stage est de concevoir et valider le démonstrateur.

Les activités seront :

1. Travail documentaire.

2. Mise en œuvre des outils de développement FPGA Altera

3. Conception FPGA (code RTL) et firmware embarqué (code C) du démonstrateur :

o Mise en œuvre d’IP FPGA Altera et d’autres fournisseurs

o Adaptation et intégration de blocs issus de précédents projets.

4. Validation du démonstrateur sur la plateforme de développement Altera : Agilex® 5 FPGA E-Series 065B Premium Development Kit | Altera

5. Rédaction des rapports de conception, simulation et rapport de test.

Compétences techniques attendues

· Architecture des systèmes électroniques

· Langage RTL (VHDL)

· Langage C

Diplôme en cours de préparation

Cycle Ingénieur 5ème année, ou Master 2ème année.

Tuteur principal : Philippe MOENNE-LOCCOZ en tant que manager de l’équipe.

Le stagiaire sera aussi encadré techniquement par des spécialistes du domaine.
