Buscamos personas con inquietudes, ganas de aprender y desarrollarse en un entorno de trabajo que valora la participación activa de ideas nuevas, para incorporarse a un equipo profesional consolidado y pionero en el aprendizaje online y presencial, con más de 15 años de experiencia en el sector. FUNCIONES •Evaluación de plataformas LMS y verificación de requisitos de funcionalidad, infraestructura, soporte y servicios, a partir de la implementación de una serie de pruebas predefinidas, en todos los navegadores existentes y en diferentes dispositivos: ordenadores, móviles y tablets, tanto Microsoft como Apple. •Elaboración de informes de auditoría. •Gestión de ticketing de proyecto: asignación de auditoría, gestión de estado de las tareas, etc. •Revisión documental de entregables conforme a los requisitos establecidos por el proyecto. •Administración básica de plataformas LMS y/o herramientas ERP: gestión de informes, carga documental, revisión de datos, etc. PERFIL BUSCADO •Estudios finalizados en: FP, Grado Superior de administración y gestión, administración y finanzas o similar. • Muy valorable estar en situación de riesgo de exclusión social. •Imprescindibles conocimientos medios/avanzados de: o Office 365: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint… etc.) o Gestión documental o Sistemas informáticos (iOS y Microsoft) en diferentes dispositivos: ordenadores, tabletas, móviles. o Manejo avanzado de Adobe PDF. • Valorable, conocimientos en: o Plataformas LMS. o Herramientas de ticketing. COMPETENCIAS GENERALES • Buena comunicación oral y escrita • Preocupación por la calidad y el cumplimiento de plazos • Capacidad de organización y gestión • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma/Responsabilidad • Trabajo en equipo y colaboración • Gestión de la información • Foco en el cliente
