Estamos em busca de um Técnico de Suporte Operação II para atuar na operação de campo, de uma rede privada 4G, em um grande cliente do segmento de mineração.Você será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade, o desempenho e a confiabilidade da solução de comunicação móvel, atuando diretamente na infraestrutura instalada dentro da planta do cliente.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Executar atividades de manutenção, preventiva e corretiva, nos elementos da solução que envolvem a rede 4G Privativa, ERBs e CORE;- Realizar inspeções em campo, testes, medições e verificações físicas dos equipamentos, cabeamentos, antenas e sistemas de energia associados.- Atuar na instalação, configuração básica, comissionamento e troubleshooting de eNodeBs, CORE 4G e elementos de rede IP relacionados.- Monitorar alarmes e indicadores locais, registrar ocorrências, apoiar na análise de causa raiz e implementar ações de correção em campo.- Efetuar trocas de módulos, ajustes físicos em antenas, conectores, cabeamentos, painéis solares, bancos de baterias e no-breaks, garantindo a integridade da infraestrutura.- Interagir com times de NOC, engenharia e fornecedores, seguindo procedimentos técnicos e de segurança definidos pelo cliente de mineração.- Cumprir rigorosamente as normas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (SSMA) aplicáveis à operação em área de mineração.Requisitos e qualificações- Regime de atuação: trabalho em escala 24x7 com possibilidade de plantões e acionamentos emergenciais.- CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em área de mineração, incluindo deslocamentos internos e eventuais escalas de plantão- Formação técnica completa em Telecomunicações, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Informática ou áreas correlatas.- Experiência prévia em operação e manutenção de redes móveis (LTE/4G) e atuação em campo.- Conhecimentos em CORE 4G (EPC), eNodeB, redes IP (endereçamento, VLAN, roteamento básico) e sistemas de energia para telecom.- Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de diagramas, manuais técnicos e procedimentos operacionais.- Desejável: experiência com energia solar em aplicações de telecom, redes privadas LTE, ambiente industrial/mineração e boas práticas de segurança em campo.Informações adicionais- Modelo de trabalho: presencial em campo, dentro da planta de mineração (Conceição do Mato Dentro/MG).
