About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Property Management Assistant to support our daily operations.

This role focuses on data entry, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and collections. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling both administrative and customer service responsibilities.

We are specifically looking for candidates with relevant experience in property management, and applicants with experience in leasing agreements will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in company systems accurately and efficiently.

Make and receive calls from tenants regarding payments, maintenance issues, and general inquiries.

Monitor and follow up on collections, ensuring timely receipt of rent and other payments.

Log and track maintenance requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure completion and proper documentation.

Assist property managers with daily tasks, reports, and tenant communications.

Maintain organized digital and physical records for tenant accounts and property operations.

Support management with any additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management, and industry software like Rent Manager preferred

Candidates with experience in leasing agreements will be prioritized.

Strong data entry and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent telephone communication and people skills in English

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on assignments.

Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
