Wat je doet?

  • Klantenvragen beantwoorden via digitale kanalen (via het Telenet-platform).
  • Technische issues oplossen of slimme tips geven.
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij verhuisaanvragen of administratieve vragen
  • Klanten wegwijs maken in onze producten en diensten.
  • Advies geven over extra pakketten of upgrades die beter bij de klant passen.

Kortom: jij bent de stem van Telenet en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich gehoord, geholpen en gewaardeerd voelt.

Maar... jij bent ook de stem van de klant binnen Telenet!

  • Extra verloning:
  • Na het behalen van je minimum target in sales kan je tot €400 bruto per maand extra verdienen.
  • Full-flex premie: €150 bruto per maand als je full flex opgeeft in de beschikbaarheidstool.
  • Hybride werken: deels op kantoor, deels van thuis, volgens de Telenet-telewerkpolicy en teamafspraken.
